Traditionally, Haskap have been used in Japan to produce baked goods, confectionaries, jams, and tea. In recent years Haskap have gained remarkable ground in North American markets, being noted as one of the region’s next big crops and attracting popular attention. This is in part because they are extremely suited to and tolerant of our growing conditions, but is also in response to their incredible market potential.
